Using yoga to deal with pain, depression and cancer anxiety.

One of the things that not only helps with my pain and mobility but also helps with my mental health and wellbeing is yoga. It is a great time to practice some self care and just be with my own calm.

And you can’t start a yoga practice without the right outfit!
